Access is granted a right at a time rather than as a fixed role, so reporting, pricing uploads, campaign settings, sales, finance and discount approvals are each given out on their own.
Security
A renewals book is a list of named customers, their sites, their consumption and what they pay. This is how DigiKeep controls access to it.
Access is granted a right at a time rather than as a fixed role, so reporting, pricing uploads, campaign settings, sales, finance and discount approvals are each given out on their own.
Every member enrols before they can reach anything, using an authenticator app, with recovery codes issued for a lost device.
Everything that happens to a meter is recorded against it — emails sent, opened and clicked, prices fetched, quotes created and voided, contracts signed, discounts decided, details amended.
DigiKeep generates the contract and tracks the envelope, but the signature itself and its audit certificate are held by DocuSign.
Each supplier is served on its own domain with its own branding, sending domain and team. A member of one supplier's team cannot act for another's.
A finance-only member reaches the finance screens and nothing else — not the renewals book, not the customers, not the campaigns.
Customer data
A customer reaches their renewal through a link addressed to their own meter. Those pages are excluded from search engines and disallowed to crawlers outright, rather than merely marked not-to-be-indexed, so they are never fetched in the first place.
Supplier-branded domains carry no public content at all. They serve that supplier's own customers their own renewals, and are closed to crawlers entirely.
A customer who asks to be called back has that request recorded against their meter, so whoever rings knows what they have already been shown. The public posts a customer can make are rate-limited, so the pages cannot be used to enumerate a supplier's book.
Questions we get asked
In DigiKeep's own database, separated per supplier team. It is not pooled with other suppliers' books for any purpose, and it is not used to train models.
Yes. Approving a discount is a right of its own, and who within a team may offer one at all is an explicit list rather than a role.
Their membership is removed by anyone holding the right to manage members, and their access ends with it. What they did stays on the audit trail.
Yes. The renewal email as it went out is kept and can be read back from the meter's audit trail, rather than reconstructed from a template.
