Integrations
Four connections do the work: signing, email, pricing and your own data. Each one is named here with what it is actually used for.
Contract signing
DigiKeep generates the contract from the quote the customer accepted, sends it for signature through your own DocuSign account, and tracks the envelope until it completes. The signed PDF and the sale then land against the meter without anybody rekeying them. The signature and its audit certificate are held by DocuSign, not by us.
Renewal delivery and engagement
Renewal and reminder emails are delivered through Mailgun from your own sending domain, in scheduled batches rather than one burst. Delivery, opens, clicks and failures come back as webhooks and are written to the meter, so a wrong address shows up as a failure rather than being assumed read.
Live rates
A meter is priced when the customer opens their link, not when the email was sent, so a price a customer sees is a price they can still sign. Rates come from POWWR and from Ukora's own pricing service depending on the market, and a meter that cannot be priced reports why rather than silently failing.
Your book of meters and your rate books
Both arrive as spreadsheets in the format your team already keeps them in, read through an import map written for your columns. Uploads are previewed before they commit, showing what will be created and what will be skipped. Password-protected workbooks are decrypted by DigiKeep itself.
Markets
3 markets, each with its own rate structure and its own way of identifying a meter.
MPRN
Priced from the rate book loaded against the campaign, against the meter's own consumption and contract end date.
MPAN
Priced against the meter's distributor, profile class and meter timeswitch code as well as its consumption.
ESIID
ERCOT (Texas). Priced on state, utility, congestion zone and load factor rather than on the meter number, so an ESIID is not required to quote.
Anything else
Import maps are written per supplier, so an unfamiliar spreadsheet format is onboarding work rather than a blocker. A pricing source or a signing provider we do not already speak to is a different matter and worth a conversation before you plan around it.
